| Description |
- Key member of the Hope for
Kids staff team will oversee programming for all children in grades five and
six. This includes planning outreach
events, preparing lessons, team building, and more.
|

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-
Oversee 3 of 4 worship services (required), along with evening programs
and special events.
- Plan, organize and direct programming and lessons. Accountable to grow the ministry.
- Build and lead a volunteer leadership team and provide ongoing
training/teaching for ministry and spiritual growth.
- Develop a ministry strategy to reach and grow kids in grades five and
six.
- Collaborate with the Hope Student Ministry leaders in order to transition
kids from children’s ministry to student ministry.
- Other duties as
assigned.

| Education: |
- High School Diploma required
- College degree preferred

- Personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
- Passion for teaching and ministering to children
- Strong planning and implementation skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable in an un-churched culture
Computer literate and solid user of PC/software
