Mommy Fit
Two weekly fitness classes are offered for Moms and their infants:
- Wednesday & Friday Mornings
- 10:00-11:00 in the Hope Gym (Entrance 3, then 1st doors on right to enter Gym)
- Bring your infants and friends

Yoga
Hope Yoga offer a Christian approach to yoga that
will help you become more physically fit while teaching you to quiet
your mind so you can tune in to God's still, small voice.
- Led by Kim Freels, a
certified yoga instructor and long-time Hope member
- Held in Room #303 on Tuesdays from 6:00- 7:00 p.m.
- No childcare is provided.

Circuit Training
Circuit Training at Hope. 13 laps and 12 Exercises makes for a great 30-minute workout. Resistance bands, medicine balls, training balls, and air conditioning are provided.
This is FREE training time to all individuals and groups to workout from 11:00-1:00 in the Hope Gym on Monday-Wednesday-Friday.
