Women’s Ministry Bible Study/Group Coordinator

This position is a key member of the women’s ministry team with the responsibility for coordinating and executing all logistics related to growth groups. This is a non-exempt, hourly, part-time position (25 hours per week).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Directly responsible for executing all logistics for BS, The Gatherings, and Life Groups
  • Execute logistics for 2 Bible Study Day One events annually
  • Responsible for tracking information and keeping records of attendance for all groups
  • Assist Women's Ministry Director in designing and implementing a leadership pipeline for Bible Study leaders
  • Communicate current Bible Study and Life Group information for the web to Administrative Assistant
  • Prepare communication timelines for all growth groups
  • Oversee social media strategy for Women's Ministry (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
  • Execute the growth and communication plan for each growth area
  • Directly responsible for the First Touch Team
  • First responder for all inquiries about groups
  • Maintain budget checklist
  • Be present at AM Bible Study and PM Bible Study, and The Gatherings
  • Attend monthly staff meetings

Other duties and resPonsibilities

  • Assist Women's Ministry Executive Administrator with other department logistics as needed
  • Assist Women's Ministry Director with other Women's Ministry projects as needed

  • 3 – 5 years of church staff or lay leadership experience


Education Requirements

  • College degree, or college work in progress, is preferable
