It hurts to lose someone. Find help at GriefShare. GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone.

Loss of a Spouse at Hope: (One session) 
Class #1: Tuesday, February 21 • 10:00 am–Noon in Room 223 (This will be an in-person event

Grief Share at Hope: (13 sessions)

Compassionate Friends (Sponsor: Compassionate Friends)

Compassionate Friends is a nonprofit, self-help organization that offers friendship, understanding, and hope to families grieving the death of a child, grandchild, or sibling of any age, from any cause. This class meets on the first Thursday of each month, 6:00 pm • Room 222 & 224


SUICIDE ANONYMOUS (Sponsor: SA)

Suicide Anonymous is a depression support group in Memphis open to anyone who struggles with suicidal thoughts, depression, and other mental health disorders. Members meet together to discuss their experiences, strength and hope. Kemmons Wilson Family Center for Good Grief offers several grief support groups during the year led by qualified professionals, including groups for individuals and families, and groups for children and teens during the summer. For more information, call 901-861-5656.

Central Church in Collierville provides support groups for those who are grieving the loss of a significant person in their lives. For more information, contact pastoral counseling, 901-255-8115.

Local Healing Hearts Groups

The Memphis group meets on the third Saturday of each month from 10:30 - Noon, at White Station Church of Christ at 1106 Colonial Road, Memphis, TN  38117. Call 901-208-6814 for additional information. There is no cost, and you do not have to register, you can just show up. Everyone in this group has lost someone to suicide.
