Sports Center Church Several weeks ago I was thinking about the daylight saving time switchover and how people were going to be late to church... if you were coming at 9:30am but forgot to change your clock then you would get here at 10:30am which meant you missed the 9:30 service and had 30 minutes to wait for the 11:00am service.  So I was wondering what to do so people wouldn't be late. This Week

Did you miss me? I did something in 2008 that I had not done in over 11 years. I missed church at Hope, the whole weekend!! I've only done that 9 times since 1996. This was #2. Lay-z-boy-BBQ I had to go to the courthouse to fix a speeding ticket years ago. It was a good kind of speeding ticket. I told the officer I was late for a meeting (which I was) and that I was sorry. He said, "OK, instead of writing you up for going 150 in a 35, I'll put you down for 42 in a 35 and you can go to court and pay court costs and plead guilty and it will be like it never happened." Arm and arm I had to go to Austin Tx with my sister about 10 years ago. Kind of a last-minute thing. We checked to see what it would cost to fly out of Memphis. $1500 each round trip... Yikes!!!!!
