Ten-week course teaching adults acceptable expressions of anger and to eliminate violent and self-destructive behaviors. With the assistance of a certified facilitator, individuals will explore alternative behaviors and learn new coping techniques and skills that will positively impact their lives. If you’re ready for a change, this course is for you. You may begin at anytime after completing a short homework assignment. Group members work through 12 chapters of workbook material, at their own pace, then share their results in group. Registration and $15 payment is required (payable at first meeting).
